What will I learn?

The 200-hour online yoga teacher training course provides immersion into the art and science of yoga. Together we will study and deconstruct the pillars of yoga such as asana, pranayama, meditation and theory. Proper asana technique is a core component of the syllabus. With workshops covering alignment, adjustment, anatomy and physiology, you can progress from intermediate positions up to advanced techniques such as Yoga Dandasana, Navasanas, and arm balances. Another key area of focus is pranayama.

Discover how to achieve a healthy body and mind through breathing exercises like kapalaphati, nadi sodhana, ujjai, and square pranayama. Perfect your control of rhythmic energy to purify the lungs and synchronize brain hemispheres. We will cover ground in both ancient and modern yoga philosophy. Improve your chakra breathing meditation, microcosmic orbit and other meditation techniques.
